What if I need to cancel?
We understand that you may need to reschedule or cancel your house cleaning appointment.
Here are our policies:
- No Charge within 3 business days’ notice.
-$50 fee within one business day notice.
- Full Charge for same-day notice.
We know how frustrating paying a fee or a full-charge service is, especially when there has been an unforeseeable event. However, we must implement this policy so that cleaners can establish their own financial accountability, given they are creating their schedules to fulfill their client’s requests.
How do I prepare for the cleaning?
We recommend advising our Tiger Home cleaning team about your priorities and expectations for the cleaning service, along with any instructions regarding pets, keys, alarms, or any other specific issues related to your home. It is also greatly appreciated when clients organize personal objects beforehand, such as toys, clothes, make-up, books, etc. so our team can focus on leaving your house in top shape.
Can pets be home during the cleaning?
We absolutely love pets and want your furry friends to feel comfortable and stress-free while the team is servicing your home. It is, however, in your best interest to ensure that your pets are not interfering with the Tiger Home cleaning team during their visits.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
Our Tiger Home cleaning team will provide all of the cleaning products and equipment. If you have a specific preference for cleaning products, please let our team know in advance and leave them outside.
What does "All Green Clean" mean?
For customers that would prefer products that are free of any harsh chemicals, we utilize a formula consisting in vinegar, eco-friendly dish soap, essential oils and baking soda.
We at Tiger Home Cleaners take several measures to make our business more sustainable. We use microfiber cleaning clothes instead of paper towels, we maximize the efficiency of our driving routes and purchase in bulk to reduce waste.
